If you are a UK-based Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) or a loan introducer looking for a professional packaging service which delivers results – you’ve come to the right place.

Indiana Loans offers the following services:

We specialise solely in secured loans – we do not offer any other finance packages, such as mortgages, which means we have absolutely interest in re-marketing your customers in the future: your customer remains yours
We work with the biggest names in UK lending and cover the entire market: ranging from prime customers attracting the best rates right to the opposite end of the spectrum for customers with adverse credit and missed payments or CCJ’s.
All our underwriters have extensive market knowledge and will work hard to source the right deal for your client – all our loan decision systems have built-in rules that mean that all secured loans are in full compliance with the FSA and these systems have been fully vetted by the FSA
Introducer fees can be up to 50% of sale commissions, net of costs. We cover all processing costs (valuation and mortgage reference).
We let you decide whether you want to handle communication with your client or whether you would prefer us to undertake the work
We aim to make all our clients’ first offer the right offer, and we aim to complete all applications within 7 to 10 working days
Our knowledge of the market allows us to arrange and process loans much quicker than many of our competitors.
